Tool Japan

International Hardware and Tools Expo Tokyo (TOOL JAPAN) has concluded successfully. Since its launch in 2010, TOOL JAPAN has led Japanese tool industry and served as the best platform to conduct business with tool suppliers. This year, the show has welcomed 2017 exhibitors (2015: 195 exhibitors) from Japan and all over the world. As you see the picturebelow, all aisles were crowded with qualified buyers and many business discussions were taking place everywhere.

There were 8 exhibiting areas: Work Tool Fair, Work Wear Zone, Worker’s Gear Zone, Safety Equipment Zone, Garden & Landscaping Tool Zone, Construction Supply Zone, Snow Blower & Snow Removal Equipment Zone, and Agricultural & Forestry Tools Zone. The variety of tools exhibited has become wider as the increase of overseas exhibitors. As well as Taiwan and China who had international pavilions, USA, Italy, India, Thailand, Hong Kong, UK and Korea were participating this year and the percentage of overseas exhibitors summed up to around 34 % of the total. This trend in the rise in overseas participants is expected to grow further for years to come.
